Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy (“ABC Policy”)
Syntrino will not participate in or condone any acts or forms of bribery or corruption as part of our commitment to zero-tolerance business practices, and we are committed to acting professionally, fairly, and with integrity in all business operations, as well as upholding all anti-bribery and corruption laws.
This Policy applies to Syntrino and our Business Associates who plan or have established business relationships on Syntrinos’ behalf, as well as the Board of Directors and all Employees (whether temporary, contract-based, or permanent).
Such a violation of Syntrino’s ABC Policy requirements by personnel, employees, or representatives will result in disciplinary action, dismissal, or termination. Syntrino reserves the right to report such incidents to the appropriate enforcement authorities for further action.
We value our employees and expect them to operate with integrity and honesty. We developed a Whistleblowing Policy to recognize the above-mentioned values in order to help develop a culture of responsibility.
This policy is intended to provide all employees and members of the public with an avenue to report any improper conduct or irregularity within Syntrino, with the surety that they will be protected from possible retaliation or victimization, such that good corporate governance can be always demonstrated in our company.
